Areas where you can pick up the coins will have a gold shimmer. As of this version, though, there are no coins to be picked up on Blazewood.
Pressing [T] or tapping New Eridu Time at the top left of your screen while in Blazewood will reveal if there are any Coins you may pick up. With the introduction of the new Time Selection system, finding HIA Coins has become easier than before.

On the Upper Level, head to the area behind the Diner and talk to Andron and Poloff.
Talk to Corinna and Dorian in front of the 747 Stall on the Lower Level. Then, go to the Upper Level and talk to Leigh, near the vending machine. This gives you 2 coins.
