When is Jane Doe’s release date?
ZZZ’s Jane Doewill be released on September 4th, at 12:00 PM (UTC +8). Although the time is tentative, Jane Doe’s release will likely follow the usual cycle seen in ZZZ.
The current banner, Qingyi’s “Untainted Jade” will end on September 4, 11:59 AM. The next banner in the second phase of the 1.1 version will then welcome Jane Doe’s “No Match Found” banner - set to arrive on September 4, 12:00 PM (UTC +8).

Zenless Zone Zero Jane Doe Character Details
In theofficial release teaser, miHoYo showcased all present Factions including the New Eridu Public Security (N.E.P.S) Faction. One of the N.E.P.S members shown was a tall female character with dark hair. Her most striking appearance is her long, slim tail, coupled with her rounded mouse-like ears.
MiHoYo later revealed that Jane Doe is a mysterious Agent whose name and faction are unknown. She goes by Jane Doe, a name typically used as a placeholder and she introduces herself to New Eridu folks by different names. She doesn’t have a faction on paper but is grouped with the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team of N.E.P.S.
Jane Doe will enter the game in the second half of the Zenless Zone Zero version 1.1 update.Seth Lowell, a new A-Rank Agent from N.E.P.S, will also join the game via Jane Doe’s banner. So what do we know about Jane Doe’s profile and skills so far?

In the 1.1 livestream event, miHoYo broke down the fundamentals of Jane Doe’s abilities. Her agile attacks can build up herPassion Stream and once it reachesa certain threshold, she triggers thePassion State. In this state, Jane Doe launches several rapid attacks that quickly build up her Attribute Anomaly which results in higher damage.
The livestream describes her as “extremely nimble”. Jane Doe will thrive on sneaky moves and fast attacks but she will likely lack in defense and survivability.
Banner and Weapon
Jane Doe’s banner is “No Match Found”. Her featured weapon, “Sharpened Stinger”, will also arrive in the W-Engine Channel.
Jane Doe’s story
In the latter part of version 1.1, we will receive the “Undercover R&B” story featuring Jane Doe. In the story, she is a core member of the Mountain Lion Gang and will act as the antagonist who will attempt to stop the Proxies from investigating them. We’ll see Jane Doe’s potential from the other side.
