To destroy toilets in Fortnite, equip your Pickaxe and attack the toilets with the primary fire button—Mouse 1 if you’re playing on mouse and keyboard, RT on the Xbox controller, and R2 on the PlayStation controller. You’ll destroy the toilet with a couple of Pickaxe swings.
