Hosted at Castel Sant’Angelo
For those of you who weren’t aware, the PlayStation 4 launched in Europe last night. To celebrate, Sony had a rather lavish launch event in Rome at the beautiful Castel Sant’Angelo, and you can watch a bit of the festivities above.
It’s a combination of concerts, light shows, and all around amazing sights, and given the location, it might be the coolest launch party I’ve ever seen. Europe might get the shaft often when it comes to videogames, but hot damn do you have some amazing real life sights.
