The World of Warcraft panel at PAX East 2025 will go into Azeroth’s past, present, and future.
PAX East 2025 draws near, and Blizzard Entertainment has confirmed that they’ll be at the event to celebrate World of Warcraft’s 20-year anniversary. This year also marks 30 years of Warcraft and over 10 years of Hearthstone!
World of Warcraft at PAX East 2025
Blizzard Entertainment will head to Boston, MA soon. According to the official PAX East 2025schedule, there will be a special panel on May 9 between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. local time. Taking place in the main theater of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, this panel will have WoW community manager Bethany Stout host a talk about what has brought Azeroth to life over the past 20 years.
Meanwhile, associate game directors Jeremy Feasel and Paul Kubit, associate design director Maria Hamilton, and principal game designer Jesse Kurlancheek will take attendees on a journey through Azeroth’s past, present, and future. This means the panel will likely mention the upcomingWoW housingfeature slated for WoW Midnight.

Notably, the upcoming Warcraft 30 World Tour event in Boston will align nicely with the PAX East weekend as well. This anniversary event will happen on May 10 starting at 7 p.m. local time at the Royale Boston venue, which is about a 13-minute car ride from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center.
