Raze gets quality-of-live visual update for abilities
Raze’s explosion VFX has been updated to more accurately indicate hitboxes for her Boom Bot and Paint Shells. Moreover, the visual effects will exist in the world for a shorter period, providing greater gameplay clarity.
As a result, you’ll be able to see exactly where your abilities are hitting, making it easier to track impact and plan your next move!

Client Updates
Riot Games is looking to unify the PC and console versions of VALORANT. Some changes will be made in the interfaces to create a more consistent experience. This way, the company is aiming to reduce the time spent individually to make more things quickly. Here are some of the initial changes:

Competitive Updates
For players below Radiant, Riot is increasing the cap of refunded RR that you can receive within an Act in the VALORANT patch notes 10.10. They are still monitoring edge cases around experiences with refunds.
If it has never happened to you, when a cheater is caught on the opposite team, they will be detected and banned, and the other players will be eligible for an RR refund.

Swiftplay
Icebox remains disabled in Deathmatch and Escalation while the Riot team resolves ongoing spawn-related issues. Tejo now starts Armageddon with three points instead of two, giving you more opportunities to use it during the match.
Although this change took effect in patch 10.09, the developers initially missed it in the notes. Moving forward, ultimates that require nine points will automatically scale as updates roll out.
