Ubisoft has put together another one of those free-play weekends for its tactical multiplayer shooterRainbow Six Siege, and this time the promo is happening on both PC and Xbox One (with an active Xbox Live Gold membership, granted). It isn’t the weekend yet, dang it all — I’m dying to go aquatic plant shopping on Saturday! — but the event is underway and will continue until Monday, August 1.
As before, the full version of the game (the “Standard” and “Gold” edition) will be sold at half price should you want to continue playing afterward. I have to say, Ubisoft has done a better job of keeping up withSiegein terms of support and updates than I thought it would. Glad to see it’s sticking around.
