Shroud Fragathon will honor the streamer’s father who died battling Lung Cancer in August last year.
Shroud has announced Fragathon - a Twitch subathon event dedicated to his late father who passed away fighting cancer. The event will run through January 2025 and proceeds will go towards charity donations.

Shroud announced the Twitch Fragathon on his social media account. The Subathon is dedicated to his late Father who died fighting cancer. The proceeds from the Fragathon will go towards charity and will help other individuals fighting similar battles.
Last year I lost my dad to cancer, and ever since I’ve been looking for ways I could support people who are going through similar situations, so we came up with the Fragathon.
The Shroud Fragathon will take place through the month of January. Almost everything contributes to the Fragathon, including, as the name suggests, frags. For every elimination on stream, $1 will go to charity. At the same time, subs and donations will increase this multiplier, which means certain thresholds multiply the dollar amount per frag.
For the entire month of January, I’m going to be going live with a frag counter. For each elimination on stream, $1 is gonna be going to charity. Subs and donations are gonna be increasing this multiplier, making each frag worth more and more and more, but I won’t be alone.
Shroud will be inviting friends and other streamers to donate frags. It’s not just online, as he will be joined by others in person. He is building a LAN Center at his house and will invite several others over. As is the case with many subathons, gaming for long periods of time is not something that is sustainable.
I’m inviting all my friends to come by and donate frags in person at a land center that I’m building in my house. There’s also gonna be IRL events and challenges they’re gonna add to the counter when we’re not gaming. In addition to the frag counter, a 100% of proceeds from subs, donations, and bits will be going to an amazing charity.
The streamer will also be hosting IRL events and challenges that also contribute to the Fragathon counter.

The Fragathon usually means that Shroud will be live through the rest of the month ending on Jan. 31. The Streamer’s father passed away inAugust 2024after losing a heroic battle with Lung Cancer. Viewers who want to contribute to a noble cause can donate or sub to Shroud during the Fragathon 2025.
