Real titans of SF6 esports participate in this event. They are divided into two teams, but the battle for victory and prize money is individual and knows no teammates.

Even the between-season period for Street Fighter 6 is filled with top-level competition. This time, the community can enjoy a special show: an invitational tournament in Paris, France.

SF6 Red Bull Kumite 2025 features two days of intense battles. The players here are true legends: winners of Capcom Cups, Evo, and other top-level tournaments.

The organizers have already invited 14 participants: for the teams of Legends and Underdogs. Well, this division is intriguing, but rest assured, the Underdog gang are no strangers to big victories. One spot is for the Play-In winner: finals of the global qualification series. One more player will join the fights after the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ), which happens within the event.

The Play-in stage is the final of a qualification series. It had tournaments across the globe. Eight players battle through the Play-in brackets to reach the top 1 and participate in the main event.

The Last Chance Qualifier at Red Bull Kumite is an open Street Fighter 6 tournament. Only the winner advances to the final brackets. Considering the number of registered contenders, 264, the battle is going to be intense.

Play-In

Here are the brackets of the Street Fighter 6 Red Bull Kumite 2025 Play-In stage. All eight players start from the winners side.

After a wonderful run, Higuchi won this tournament part and qualified for the main event. The Japanese player was on Guile, and he defeated some pretty strong opponents, including iDom and Takamura.

Other notable competitors sure include Salvatore, who performed a reverse sweep in the match vs ZJZ. In general, the guy demonstrated miracles of adapting to opponents. Takamura was in the beast mode throughout Play-In at Red Bull Kumite 2025 — even in the matches he lost. Also, iDom treated the community to his mighty play, even on Manon.

*KUSANAGI in these brackets is a Mexican player with the same name as the French player Kusanagi, who is already in the main brackets.

Main event

The final brackets of the SF6 Red Bull Kumite 2025 are for the 16 players. The format is single-elimination, first-to-five.

It turned out that the tournament is a real battle between Street Fighter 6 Legends and Underdogs. Players from two teams reached the grand final: Big Bird and EndingWalker.

For all the Legends defeated by the Underdogs, BigBird on his Rashid won over EndingWalker — the match was close and spectacular.

With this victory, BigBird is the only two-time Red Bull Kumite Champion!
