Quest Esports qualifies for TI12 through the Lower Bracket

Western Europe’s competition is nothing but intense. With only two TI slots available to grab, there was bound to be a bloodbath. In this qualifier, notable powerhouses were eliminated one after the other. Nigma Galaxy, Alliance, OG, and Team Secret - historical names of Dota 2 all fell short.

Despite being a new force in the scene, Quest Esports is touted as the favorites of the region. This team has been outperforming many teams and even after losing ATF in the offlane, many still expected Quest to thrive.

Their starting journey in the Qualifier wasn’t very good, losing to Luna Galaxy in the UB Semi Finals. But fate has it that Quest needed to do some side quests before getting their TI12 invite. Quest Esports faced OG and Team Secret, not only defeating both but taking their long-running TI streaks alongside them. Their final obstacle was a rematch against Luna Galaxy and with a strong momentum, Quest managed to defeat the underdogs 2-0.

A month before TI12

It will be a while before TI12 starts as it begins in the middle of October 2023. And if you’re looking forward to watching more of Quest, fret not - the team is going to play in two other tournaments before the grand event.
