The Overwatch 2 Season 5 trailer just dropped, and it showcases adventures galore! Here are the details for Questwatch in Overwatch 2, the seasonal Battle Pass, skins, Summer Games 2023, and prop hunt.
Questwatch enters Overwatch 2 Season 5 Battle Pass
The theme of this season is a role-playing adventure. This involves an updated Battle Pass with story progression for different heroes. As players unlock levels in the Battle Pass, they’ll unlock new chapters for this Questwatch adventure.
In the Overwatch 2 Season 5 trailer, there are also skins shown for Tracer, Reinhardt, Kiriko, Genji, Orisa, Echo, Lucio, Zenyatta, Lifeweaver, Mei, Torbjorn, Wrecking Ball, and more.
Overwatch 2 Season 5 skins
Players who have the premium version of the Overwatch 2 Season 5 Battle Pass can aim for every variation of thenew mythic Tracer skin. These variations are available at tiers 45, 65, and 80. Other items on the track include ones such as Slime Queen Echo, Royal Guard Genji, and Demon Lord Reinhardt.

A new game mode called “Defeat the Demon Lord” only adds to this theme of adventure. Created by CactusPuppy, a team of four players must face off against Demon Lord Reinhardt. It’s a one-versus-four team deathmatch. Players can choose to either save the kingdom or become the Demon Lord himself.
There are also new event challenges called “Key Quests” to complete this season, and doing five of them unlocks a chest of 1,500Overwatch Credits. Additionally, players can earn up to 20,000 Battle Pass XP.
Overwatch 2 Summer Games 2023
Next, the Overwatch 2 Summer Games means the return of Lucioball and the debut of Winston’s Beach Volleyball. Of course, there are summer-themed skins available such as ones for Mercy and Doomfist.
The Summer Games event launches on July 11.
Overwatch 2 gets prop hunt game mode
Through the Mischief and Magic event, the prop hunt game mode kicks off on July 25. This involves challenges, rewards, an epic Ana skin, plus 50,000 Battle Pass XP.
Other things in this season include theOverwatch World Cup Qualifiersplus a new animated short.
