That’s not a moon, it’s a space station! No wait, it’s just a moon. False alarm

Starboundis driving me crazy. I can’t stop thinking about it. I obsessively check theRoadmapto see what new progress has been made in its development. I can’t even remember the last time I felt like this about an unreleased game. Fortunately, Chucklefish has released a handful of new screens along with some details to stem the tide of my insanity.

Highlights of the screens include armors that can be dyed to suit your fancy, shields that boost defense but stop energy regeneration, background planets that accurately reflect neighbors in the current solar system, and a whole new biome made up of deep seas and huge glaciers. Each of these little details is just adding the hype, but the big deal here is that now that these elements have been completed, we are that much closer to getting our hands on with this game.
