The house that CoD built

A lot ofCall of Dutytitles remain themost-requestedgames for Xbox One backward compatibility, but that list may soon change. Last week,Call of Duty 3was given functionality and this week,Call of Duty: World at Warhas been added.

In addition to moreCoD,E4: Every Extend Extra Extreme, Funtown Mahjong, andEncleverment Experimentwill be coming to the backward compatibility service, bringing the games to over260!Woooo….though that is pretty awesome.

The more interesting tidbit is that theCall of Dutytitles seem to haveimproved functionality. No new features are present, but the performance is smoother and any instances of screen tearing have disappeared. PlayingCall of Duty 3on the Xbox One is the best way to play it; now there just needs to be an actual reason to play it.

I’m still holding out hope that Activision can find some way to makeDJ Herowork. I would run out and get an Xbox One if I could have Daft Punk digitized onto Microsoft’s new box.
