Resident Evil 2 remake won it last year
As we’ve talked about often these past few weeks, 2020 was a very good year…for games.
Every system brought it to some degree; yes even Xbox withOri and the Will of the Wisps. But it looks like Sony is really crushing 2020 with multiple exclusives, includingPersona 5 Royal, which is said to be the highest-rated title of 2020 by Metacritic.
In a new exhaustive listyou can check out the best-reviewed games by platform. It’s a great snapshot of how each one did, as exclusives generally settled at the top. It also brings a tear to my eye to seeHalf-Life: Alyxtake the spot for PC. Sure it’s restrictive as it requires VR, but it’s good that it’s being noticed. Maybe we have hope for a newHalf-Lifegame after all even if it doesn’t hit all of its sales goals.
