VALORANT is signing on the help of Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba for the VCT Pacific anthem “Shinpai Muyou” ahead of Stage 2.

Riot Games has announced that they are collaborating with Japanese rapper and singer Yuki Chiba for the VCT Pacific Stage 2 anthem “Shinpai Muyou.” Fans can listen to the track and watch the music video just before the regional league begins later this year.

Shinpai Muyou will be released on all streaming platforms on August 23, 2025. The music video will also premiere on theofficial VCT Pacific YouTube channelon the same day.

The song title, “Shinpai Muyou,” means “no worries in Japanese. “[The song] is a reminder to myself and my fans to not worry and always believe in yourself. There’s no need to stress when you can just vibe,” said Yuki Chiba.

The anthem will kick off VCT Pacific Stage 2 as it begins on July 15 in Seoul and ends with a grand finals roadshow in Japan for the first time.

VCT Pacific has tapped various notable artists in the past to perform anthems. These include K-pop girl groupXG for “Undefeated"andMinnie of (G)I-DLE for “Making Waves.“Now, as the league is brought to Japan, it is fitting to sign a Japanese artist on.

Yuki Chiba is a Japanese rapper, singer, and songwriter, and has some international breakout hits that made it to the international audience. This includes Team Tomodachi, a hit track that was made even more popular when members of theVTubergrouphololive Englishreleased an official cover.
