Former ASMR and hot tub streamer Indiefoxx has been unbanned on Twitch after 644 days blocked from the streaming platform.
The infamous streamer Indiefoxx’s has been unbanned on Twitch. The permaban was lifted on April 4 following a new appeal, much to the delight of social media.
Indiefoxx was permanently banned on the streaming platform after suffering a “wardrobe malfunction” during an ASMR stream on the platform back in June 2021. At the time of Indiefoxx’s ban, she was averaging over 9,000 viewers.
“I’m literally crying right now. holy smokes twitch unbanned me. Thank you @Twitch for the opportunity, I promise I won’t mess this up,” said Indiefoxx onTwitter. “I’m literally shaking right now, my heart is pounding so hard, I’m so grateful.”
Indiefoxx made a previous appeal a year after the ban, but claimedin an interviewthat she received an automated Twitch message saying that it came “too soon” after her most recent infraction.

What was Indiefoxx known for?
Indiefoxx had become notorious for pushing the boundaries for risqué content on Twitch from 2020 to 2021. Leading up to her permaban in June 2021, the female influencer was one of the leading faces of the hot tub and ASMR licking “meta” alongsideAmouranth. Although she later compared the meta to “slave labour”. Indiefoxx’s ban was her sixth on Twitch.

After having no success on her appeal of the permaban, Indiefoxx eventually rebranded toJenfoxxuwuacross all platforms. However, with Indiefoxx’sTwitch pageunbanned, it seems very likely her streams will return, even despite the loss of Twitch Partner status.
“I was so sad when that ban happened, but I’m not going to cry and say boo-hoo woe is me, because people don’t feel bad for people,” said IndieFoxx in an interview with No Jumper in December 2022.
Indiefoxx went on to say that she took a much needed break after the ban. “I was like, thank god I don’t have to stream 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. Honestly, streaming was like hell on earth,” said IndieFoxx.
Will Indiefoxx stream again?
Indiefoxx has not stated when she will be launching her first Twitch stream, but given her emotional reaction on Twitter to the news of being unbanned, it is clear this has been a long time coming.
Following the announcement of Indiefoxx being unbanned, fans took to her offline Twitch chat to celebrate her impending return.
“Twitch feeling so threatened by Kick they brought back one of their greatest warriors,” joked Twitch user JossyJoestar. Another Twitch chat user johrdean hailed it as “the return of the golden age”.
