Listen, I love flipping through the pages of a tangible book, feeling the type on my fingers as I read. However, I own far too many books, and when I’m traveling, I simply cannot take a zillion hardcovers with me. A Kindle is sure to make my life a little easier, since it’s light to carry around while commuting. I can download just about any book and stock my internet shelf with tons of titles. The Paperwhite offers up to 10 weeks of battery life, a glare-free screen, and has an adjustable light — so I can read while the lights are off.
It should come as no surprise that over 37,000 Amazon shoppers have given this Kindle a five-star rating. Users explain that it’s “perfect for travel” and “a must for anyone trying to read more.”Another enthused: “I would argue it is even easier to get lost in a book using the Kindle than it is with a physical book.”

The double spinner wheels offer 360-degree rolling, so it’s easy to drag through the airport, plus the suitcase can expand an extra 2 inches for when I inevitably bring home souvenirs.
