Honkai Star Rail 1.3 release date will be August 29 in the Americas, and August 30 for the rest of the world. Here are the exact times.
MiHoYo have confirmed the release date for Honkai Star Rail 1.3. The new version is called Celestial Eyes above Mortal Ruins, and the new chapter of the storyline will focus on the aftermath of the party’s encounter with Phantylia.
TheHonkai Star Rail 1.3 release datewill be Tuesday August 29 in the Americas, and Wednesday August 30 for the rest of the world.
The new update will see Dan Heng Imhibitor Lunae become a playable character in Phase 1 of version 1.3. This new 5-star Imaginary character will not replace the original 4-star Dan Heng that players unlock as part of the main story. 4-star Quantum Healer,Lynx, will also be part of 1.3 in Phase 2, alongside Fu Xuan.

Honkai Star Rail Maintenance time
Maintenance for theHonkai Star Rail 1.3 updatewill begin at 6 a.m. UTC + 8 (6pm EST/3pm EST). This is five hours before the new version will be playable according to MiHoYo.
