As part of a $ 7 million overhaul of one residence hall , Ogden Hall , the university spent $ 212,548 in 2000 to add building substations , electrical statistical distribution panel and electric outlets . The 7,000 student who live on campus pay an spare $ 100 a year in trapping fee to cover the renovation costs .
