The Pit of Legends takes an established Fortnite concept and elevates it!
The Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) tool has allowed map creators to fulfill their wildest desires, helping bring life to some genuinely iconic experiences. A new map on the Fortnite Creative landscape is called The Pit of Legends, brought to life by design studio JOGO.
This map takes the popular “Pit” concept and adds unique twists to keep it fresh and enjoyable. Here is our official review of The Pit of Legends Fortnite map.
The Pit of Legends breathes new life into an established landscape
The Pit is aCreativeconcept that has been around for many years. It drops players into a free-for-all setting where they can customize their loadout and battle others with building enabled.
JOGO’s The Pit of Legends Fortnite map (5629-1247-4118) adds an RPG element to a familiar setup, allowing players to select one of three legends with special abilities enabled.
Those three legends are Rampage, Sweet Tea, and Xero. After selecting a legend, you will acquire skills to use on your opponents over time.
These complex abilities in The Pit of Legends Fortnite map add unpredictability to a Fortnite map you have probably played hundreds of times. It’s not just the same fights and weapons every time, making each encounter different than the last. Furthermore, you can add more skills as you level up.

The RPG element offers variety and endless combinations
While each character in The Pit of Legends Fortnite map provides different abilities, you can allocate your skill points and swap your skills at will as you level up each character. For example, once you reach level 44 with one of the three legends, you can customize your skills loadout by choosing from one of 15 options.
We had a lot of fun just using the default skills, but the character progression makes playing and leveling up even more rewarding.

How is the gameplay?
The Pitaspect of this map is exactly what you’d expect. You choose your weapons and healing items before jumping into the pit.
It differs in the skills we’ve mentioned a few times, which allow you to run faster, grant a damage boost, dash abilities, and more. These skills elevate the overall experience of The Pit of Legends gameplay while keeping the same Fortnite pit foundation.

Overall verdict: The Pit of Legends Fortnite map is worth a try
Those who enjoy The Pit will likely feel similarly about The Pit of Legends. Although it doesn’t reinvent the wheel, it’s fun to experience something with more depth to it.
There is enough here to keep you coming back for more. Maximizing each of the legends will provide endless gameplay options while you attempt to full-piece your opponents. Remember Fortnite is better when you party up, so maybePlay Fortnite Multiplayer on PS5.
