The map above comes courtesy of leakers HYPEX, who revealed a high-resolution screenshot of the Chapter 5 map. Furthermore,iFireMonkeyrevealed the names of all POIs and landmarks.
Unfortunately, plotting all points of interest and landmarks without seeing a labeled map is challenging. Regardless, here is a complete list of all locations.
