When is the FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves open beta?
The open beta test for FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves is slated to go from Feb. 20 at 12 a.m. PST to Feb. 24 at 11:59 p.m. PST. When the open beta kicks off, folks can duke it out in the fighting game on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, or PC through Stream.
Note that access to the open beta does not require an active Xbox Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Interested players don’t need an active PlayStation Plus membership, either.

In terms of what to expect in the open beta, PC and console players can select from a total of eight fighters and experience theREV Systemfor themselves. This open beta also features three online modes, which are Ranked Match, Casual Match, and Room Match. There’s also Offline Training Mode, which is a tutorial designed to teach players the basics of the game.

“The open beta offers the public their first opportunity to experience the modernized action of City of the Wolves at home, featuring two distinct control schemes tailored to engageboth newcomers and seasoned pros,” an official announcement added.
This refers to the game’s Smart Style and Arcade Style. While Smart Style lets players do special moves and combos via single button presses and directional inputs, Arcade Style refers to precise and technical inputs.

The FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves release date is slated for April 24.
