Basic Attack
Basic Attack: Razor Wire
A 5-hit combo that deals Physical and Fire DMG. The fifth hit pulls nearby enemies in and deals Fire DMG in a small area. Evelyn enters Binding Seal after this hit.
Passive: Bind
Evelyn accumulates Burning Embers when she damages enemies with her attacks. She gains 1 Burning Tether Point when Burning Embers are consumed to activate Garrote or Decibels are consumed to perfrom an Ultimate.
Using Garrote with 3 Burning Tether Point charges will consume all s tacks to perform a lower Interrupt Level version of Chain Attack: Lunalux - Snare.
Basic Attack: Garrote - First Form
When Burning Embers is at 50% or higher, hold Attack or Special to activate:
Basic Attack: Garrote - Second Form
When Burning Embers is at 50% or higher, keep holding hold Attack or Special after Basic Attack: Garrote - Second Form to activate:
Special Attack
Special Attack: Locked Position
Press Special or EX Special before entering Binding Seal to activate:
Press or hold Special to activate:
EX Special Attack: Binding Sunder - Final Form
Press or hold Special to activate after entering Binding Seal. Must have enough Energy.
This is functionally the same as Binding Sunder - First Form, but deals massive damage instead.
The usual dash attack. Deals Physical DMG.
Dodge Counter: Strangling Reversal
Slash surrounding enemies, dealing Fire DMG. The hit enemy will be bound and Evelyn will enter Binding Seal.
Assist
Quick Assist: Fierce Blade
Parry the enemy’s attack and deal massive Daze.
Binds the enemy hit and enter Binding Seal.
Chain Attack
Chain Attack: Lunalux - Snare
Slash in front and detonate an explosion, dealing massive Fire DMG in an AoE.
Ultimate: Lunalux Garrote - Timbre
Upon activation, if she is not already in this state, Evelyn removes her jacket and enters the Dance of Awakened Fire state. While in this state:
Core Skill
Core Passive: Entangle
Evelyn gets increased CRIT Rate while in Binding Seal, and 10 seconds after leaving the state. If Evelyn is switched out while in Binding Seal, she follows up with Special Attack: Binding Sunder - First Form.
