Before we dive into the specifics, let us remember how Quests work.

Battlegrounds Quests are offered on the 6 Gold turn, the fourth turn of the game. Every player must choose one of three personalized options. On the bottom of this Choose One interface lie the Quest requirements, beneath exclamation marks and enclosed within a green outline.

The cards up top represent the Quest rewards. Players will gain these perks once they complete the corresponding requirement. The rewards will last for the whole rest of the game.

Battlegrounds Quests: Risk versus reward

Choose wisely by weighing up the difficulty of its completion versus the strength of its reward. Be wary that this choice will influence your whole game plan. Quests might ask you to spend a certain amount of Gold or play a certain amount of minions or a certain combination of minion types. In return, you might get certain stat buffs, shop enhancements or Avenge effects. If you haven’t played Sire Denathrius much, think of Hero Powers such as that of Ragnaros the Firelord, Brann Bronzebeard, Ini Stormcoil or the updated Aranna Starseeker.

Requirements may vary

The requirements are randomly paired with rewards, therefore their difficulty is meant to vary according to the Quest reward’s intended strength. Heroes with more Armor will find their Quests slightly easier to complete. Call it plot armor? So don’t worry if your Hero selection suffers due to the lack of a Tavern Pass, subpar choices might be a blessing in disguise!

Furthermore, some Quests might appear less due to the minion tribes available in your lobbies or due to specific Heroes. Devs are wary not to break the game and are avoiding certain interactions.
