This fighting games event features so many titles, from huge to niche. CEOtaku 2024 returns to its anime roots!
At the end of 2024, the fighting games community (FGC) has a marvelously big event: CEOtaku VIII or CEOtaku 2024. It’s very special, as the main focus here is an impressive variety of anime fighters.
After being criticized for shifting towards more massive titles, such as Mortal Kombat 1 in 2023, CEOtaku 2024 reinvents its identity. Now, UNI2 is among the main games, while TEKKEN 8 and Street Fighter 6 have been moved to the secondary layer — even if they still have many registered participants.

The official channel of CEOGaming streamed the primary tournaments. Also, CEOtaku VIII partnered with three other Twitch channels to highlight the whole range of fighting games at the event.
