I guess what you ’re really asking there is , “ Is the potential for finding life story deserving the risk to contaminating Europa ? ” Well look , Europa does n’t have an brass in Manhattan somewhere to protect Europa . It ’s just not that organized , let ’s present it .
And it ’s true thatArthur C. Clarkewrote 2010 , I believe he has in there that the aliens say , “ All these mankind are yours except Europa , attack to no landings there . ” But that was n’t the alien , that was Arthur C.
