There’s plenty of death in Arcane due to the show’s violent setting.

Riot Games' TV show Arcane is as violent as it is beautiful, meaning character deaths are always a possibility.

More than 25 characters died in Arcane throughout Season 1, and who knows how large the death list will be once Season 2 concludes. One thing is for sure, though — the death count is bound to rise in the final three episodes of Season 2.

While some deaths weren’t impactful in Arcane, the show already said goodbye to some influential characters. Take a trip down memory lane and join us as we remember all the major characters who died in Arcane.

Arcane deaths: Season 1

Vi and Powder’s parents

While we don’t know much about Vi and Powder’s respective parents, it’s fair to include them in the list. Their mother was revealed in Season 2, and her death left Vi andPowderorphans and they were adopted byVander, the iconic leader of Zaun.

Claggor and Mylo

Like Vi and Powder, Vander also adopted Claggor and Mylo. Unfortunately, an accident caused their death at the beginning of Season 1 and heavily impacted the relationship of Vi and Powder.

Grayson

Before her death, Grayson was the Sheriff of the Piltover Police Department. Grayson most notably made a deal with Vander in which she kept the enforcers away from his business as long as Vander kept his people out of Piltover’s streets.

Deckard

Deckard was a thug from the streets of Zaun who Silco recruited. Deckard was also the first human to drink Shimmer, which changed his appearance and buffed his strength.

Vander

Vander, the man who adoptedVi, Powder, Claggor, and Mylo, helped to keep things peaceful in Zaun while he was alive. However, Silco’s plans changed everything.

Marcus

Marcus was a powerful ally toSilcothroughout Arcane Season 1. He allowed Silco’s shipments to go through the Hexgate and ignored all the wrongdoing. Marcus also showed his hate towards Zaunites multiple times.

Silco

Silco was the main villain throughout Arcane Season 1. Prior to what happened in Arcane, however, he had an alliance with Vander as the two dreamed of freeing Zaun from Piltover. They had a falling out and Vander nearly killed Silco, which changed the appearance of Silco’s left eye. Silco escaped from Vander, and years later, ruled Zaun thanks to his Shimmer business.

Netflix Arcane’s co-creator confirms there will be no Season 3

Arcane fans are happy that Season 2 is coming out. However, the creators have said there will be no Season 3 of Arcane on Netflix.

Arcane deaths: Season 2

Cassandra, Irius, Torman

Cassandra Kiramman, Irius Bolbok, and Torman Hoskel were the councilors who died at the beginning of Arcane Season 2 in the aftermath of Jinx’s terrorist attack in the end of Season 1. Cassandra was the most known of the trio as she was the mother of Caitlyn, who inherits the spot at the Piltover Council.

Salo

The list of dead councilors grow in Arcane Season 2, Act 2 as Salo gets assassinated. He survived when Jinx attacked the council, but went through some problems over the course of Season 2.

Arcane Season 2 is already a smash hit on Netflix

Only two days after being launched, Arcane Season 2 is already a huge hit on Netflix, being in front of Outer Banks and Bank Under Siege.
